We are actively seeking to recruit an experienced real estate agent to act as a TEAM LEADER
The selected candidate will be expected to:
Achieve an annual personal sales target of over €2,500,000
Recruit a team of three other sales associates within 6 months.
Assist and provide mentorship to own team to reach an agreed sales target and KPIs.
Remuneration:
Competitive RE/MAX sales fees on their own sales.
Competitive RE/MAX listing fees on their own listings sold.
A percentage of the revenue generated by his or her team members.
Applicants should:
Have a minimum of two years in real estate sales or management experience.
Be able to provide proof of over €4,000,000 in concluded property sales.
Be able to work to own initiative to drive and motivate the team.
Have extensive industry knowledge.
Be fluent in spoken Maltese and written English.
RE/MAX Central shall provide:
Office facilities and all equipment.
Access to the complete RE/MAX for sale listing database.
The right to list properties for sale on said DB and receive listing fees.
Monthly advertising budget.
Access to leads generated from Homes-Malta.com and Remax-Malta.com
Access to RE/MAX International online training platform.

Secretarial services.
Experienced Branch manager mentorship and services.
