Joining RE/MAX Central means stepping into a well-structured learning environment. From your first day, you’ll begin our in-house Agent Launch Program — a carefully crafted series designed to guide you through the essentials of becoming a confident, capable estate agent. While regional onboarding sessions are scheduled monthly, we don’t wait to get you started. You’ll begin your development immediately with practical learning, hands-on support, and access to expert trainers who are active in the field.

A Structured Start to Your Journey

Our Agent Launch Program is the heart of your onboarding at RE/MAX Central. Delivered over 15 in-house sessions, it’s designed to guide you step-by-step through the entire real estate sales process. From marketing and lead nurturing to viewings, negotiation, the “Path to Closing a Sale,” and what happens after the promise of sale — you’ll get a clear picture of how to manage transactions professionally and confidently.

Alongside this, we’ll train you on all the technical and digital tools you’ll be using daily — from our specialised CRM and listing platforms to how to read ground rent terms, identify different property types, and use the correct terminology.

This blend of classroom-style learning and guided on-the-job experience means you’re not just learning the theory — you’re applying it as you go.

The Agent Launch Program

The Agent Launch Program is the cornerstone of how we train and grow new agents at RE/MAX Central. This structured, in-house course spans 15 classroom-style sessions and is delivered by a mix of senior team members and subject matter experts. But it’s more than just a set of classes — it’s a guided journey through every phase of the sales cycle, tailored specifically to the realities of the Maltese property market.

The program blends training on practical sales skills, compliance awareness, and local property knowledge with focused sessions on the digital tools and systems we use every day. What sets it apart is how theory and practice go hand-in-hand. While you're attending sessions, you’re also out in the field, supported by experienced mentors, applying what you learn in real time.

We also track your progress using a dedicated onboarding tracker — this helps us ensure nothing gets missed, while giving you visibility over your growth. Whether you're learning how to evaluate listings, handle client calls, interpret ground rent clauses, or guide a deal from offer to final contract, our aim is to build your confidence and competence from the ground up.

Regional Onboarding with RE/MAX Malta

As part of your onboarding journey, you’ll also attend the Regional Onboarding programme delivered by RE/MAX Malta. This three-day, classroom-style training introduces you to the broader RE/MAX brand, its core values, and the systems that power our network nationally and beyond.

Held at the RE/MAX Malta Head Office, these sessions focus on foundational elements such as listing tools, compliance, brand positioning, and how to work effectively within the RE/MAX ecosystem. You’ll also meet fellow new agents from other offices, creating connections and a wider view of how the network operates.

Importantly, you’ll be introduced to RE/MAX’s international reach and how to harness it — learning how to tap into a global referral network, market cross-border opportunities, and position yourself as part of one of the world’s most recognisable real estate brands.

We coordinate your attendance based on regional scheduling — often within your first few weeks — ensuring you’re fully aligned at both a local and international level, right from the start.
