RE/MAX Academy is a foundation that provides those aspiring for a career within the real estate industry with the tools that they will need to become successful. Our real estate academy has been teaching real estate classes since 2015 and we pride ourselves on our success for preparing and launching Real Estate agent careers, and educating real estate professionals.
Induction
Everybody has to start somewhere right? Don't worry about that, we've got you covered. Here at RE/MAX, we currently offer the only dedicated and systematic induction that is designed to alleviate the fears that come with making mistakes in a new work environment. Especially in sales, having a helping hand to get on your feet could go a long way and all our induction courses are conducted by people who are specialists in the field.
On-going Training
Upon completing our RE/MAX Academy, your training does not just stop there. You will be guided through your licensing training as well as being given access to our vast e-learning platform which has the most relevant designation courses available. You will have access to complete agent development. This training approach has no end. Throughout your RE/MAX Central career, you’re be exposed to ongoing opportunities to help grow and improve your business.
Continuous Support
Whether you're a new agent who's just starting out their career with RE/MAX Central, or an experienced broker coming from a background in sales. We have courses to teach you the best practices for your business to succeed. As well as advanced sales training courses organized on a monthly basis. You will also be able to take advantage of one to one meetings with your mentor, the branch manager who's income is directly proportionate to your sucess.
